I've been a long-time lurker but I thought I should finally sign up. We have five grown Golden Comet hens, ten Speckled Sussex chicks in the brooder and six Silkies on the way. I wanted to expand into meat birds as well as hatching our own chicks this year, so I have plenty of new experiences coming up in the next few months!
