Welcome, from Colorado!

I was raised on a farm and then moved to town when I was a kid. I absolutely hated leaving the farm, and always wanted to live back in the country. My mom says she never heard me or my brother complain of being bored on the farm, but our younger sibs, who were raised in town, constantly whined about having nothing to do!

I haven't been able to go back to living on a farm, but I do live in an old neighborhood that is quiet, with no cookie cutter houses. We have no covenants here, and the city allows chickens, so quite a few people here have them. I just got mine, and already feel closer to farm life!

I hope your kiddo continues to find farm life (especially the poultry) rewarding!
