Hi, welcome to BYC!

Thank you, I like the variety type flocks, eventually I want to add some bantams but not sure how they will do all together, I tried to incubate eggs a few weeks ago and about 5 days in there was a scheduled power outage for 6 hours and power company never sent out warning and was at midnight so I lost the whole batch, was bummed but I want to give it another try.

Hi and welcome to BYC - sorry about the power / incubator incident, but do try again. I'd suggest typing "keeping bantams and standard birds together" in the search box. From what i have read, some members mix them, others prefer to keep them separate, but hopefully the threads that pop up in your search will help you in deciding what is right for you.

More generally,
You'll find lots of info in the Learning Centre
https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center, and if you have a specific topic in mind, just type it in the search box - there's a wealth of information on past and present threads.

You may wish to consider joining your state thread as it will put you in touch with other BYC members in your area - https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/26/where-am-i-where-are-you

All the best
