Welcome, I bought a Hova-Bator (GQF) with a turner last summer and hatched out some chicks around the middle of Sept 2010. Had a few not hatch and a couple never make it out alive. Not sure what I did wrong on those, the others may not have been fertile. My wife thought I should have pulled the broken shells away or helped them hatch, but I thought I should let nature take care of it.

It would be greatly appreciated if you can hire a few well educated engineers and begin creating new incubator designs. You guys make your products from good quality materials, now lets put them to use on a good incubator.
