I will be getting my first flock of hens next week. I have 10 ordered.
This is a first for me and my family.
I ordered a variety of chicks based on my research for family friendly chicks and a mixture of different egg colors.
I live with my wife and we are raising our two grandsons (7 & 8).
Our daughter…their mother… passed a couple years ago. We feel blessed to get to raise her boys!!!
I heard about this forum from watching numerous you tube videos on raising backyard chickens…looking forward to learning from this forum on our new adventure!
