I am a long time lurker, been reading posts for months. I am Shannon.
Right now we have 3 chickens; we bought five but lost two
this past year. I don't know what kind they are... but they are darling and fun to watch.
We are getting 10 chicks later in April from the local Grange and I am thinking of getting a couple more from someone local.
I am a wahm with 5 kids, four still at home. They range in age 18 to 6 in April. I have a small business sewing cloth diapers. Our family live in Southern Oregon on five acres of mostly forested land.
