I'm in Daygo to. I went 2 the swat-meet and got a box of 15 sun lights. I cut a small hole in the top corner, sealed one in it. and depending on the day, I under cover it.

from what I understand (which may not be much). Chickens are pre=programmed by nature/breed to have only a certain number of ova (like a woman) and if it is used up early (by forcing extra lighting on hens )- they just run out of eggs earlier. So you would be replacing them more often. If you or kids are attached to them that is not a good thing.
