Hello from Seymour, TN (Mountain Country)

Hello all,

I am new to this site and new to having/raising chickens. I haven't gotten any chickens yet because I want to learn everything I can before I get them. I just moved to Seymour from Nashville 3 weeks ago and I have so much yard space. I have always wanted my own flock and now I have ample room for them. I am married and have two little girls. I am a medical assistant. My hobbies are reading, working out in the yard, and watching movies. I look forward to being a part of this site and I am so excited about having some chickens!!!
