Hello, everyone! My name is Leslie and I'm 20 years old. My city recently gave me permission to raise backyard chickens, so I thought what better place to learn than here? I will be welcoming home two Golden Comet laying hens in about a month and just can't wait to get started.

Hi Leslie,
My name is Jennifer and I live in Sidney, Ohio too. I had checked previously and was told I was not allowed to have chickens in town. Did they change the ordinance or are they approving on a case by case basis? I'm so excited!
