Chirping
Hi! I used to be a member years ago but I am new now!
I live in a little town South of San Antonio called Floresville. I am married and have 4 sons ages 17, 15, 13, and 4. We are a military family but my husband is retiring in August. We have a dog, a ton of stray cats, 3 guinea pigs, and my wonderful Chickies and ducks.
I have:
3 naked neck hens one red (Scarlett) and one white (Blanca) both standard and a gold laced bantam (Violet).
1 black copper (Betty) and 1 blue copper (Beatrice) marans hens
1 brown Leghorn hen (Summer)
1 barred rock hen (Winter)
1 Australorp pullet (no name yet)
1 absolutely rotten buff laced polish rooster (Till Eulenspiegel)
The babies I have are:
My white nn, Blanca hatched 6 babies that are hers and Till's.
My bantam nn, Violet, hatched 5 that are from her and Till.
I have 2 silver laced wyandotte, 1 black sex link, and two bantams I don't know from tractor supply.
I also have 3 pekin ducks. I think all 3 are female. They are Saffron, Squacky, and Flower.
It is good to be back. I live my chickens so much and I can't imagine having to ever be without them!
