Hello from southern New Jersey

Hello everyone. New to owning chickens. I was given 3..14 week old hen chicks a few weeks ago. They were hatched by a 2nd grade class as a project, handled daily then donated to a friend of mine at 12 weeks of age, then given to me. They are very friendly, doing well and keeping my miniature horse company. I am trying to figure what kind they are. I know 2 are barred rock girls..and the other is a Delaware mix I think..can anyone guess by pictures? Love my girls..they are so neat and fun to watch them pick fly off my mini's legs and belly. They are about 19 weeks old now and I should be getting eggs pretty soon.

It's hard to tell, I think it's a California white.
