The coop size is good as long as the nest boxes are elevated or bumped out but the run is very tiny. I'd try to double the size.

Thanks for the feedback. The nesting boxes are bumped out yes and additional space to the coop size, I should have mentioned that. The run has a 4'x8' additional area that is topped with raised garden beds (tables) for them to run under and I was considering chunnels through the garden additionally. But maybe I reconsider the entire size if this is too small. I appreciate the feedback.
