Hi neighbor! I also live in Stevi. My little flock is turning 1 soon. I was not sure about having roosters and was bummed to end up with 8 out of 18 chicks. But I can now say I love roosters! We butchered 7 and they were delicious stewed in the crock pot with tons of garlic cloves and a side of crusty frnech bread. And number 88 is wonderful.. his name is Peter and he's amazing at protecting the ladies and thanks to Peter I now have a baby chick and hopefully more on the way. I
