Hi, I am new to BYC and chickens in general. Currently live in Westchester, NY but moving to TX sometime next year?
We have four hens, a white rock, easter egger, speckled Sussex and a delaware. Love them all, but really I am crazy mad for my Delaware girl, she is friendly and sweet. We also have one female hamster, two freshwater fish tanks and two little girls under 5. Poor hubby is the only boy right now! Maybe a dog in the future but we're not in a rush, would rather get the right dog at the right time.
