Hello from sunny Blackpool

Hiya all

My real name is Steve I am 46 and live in Blackpool in the North of England. I have a partner Jessica a grown up son (allegedly) called Jake. i have had a large allotment for 2 years and have been planning on getting chickens for the last year. On Monday 12 April I was given 4 7 month old brown hens and have had 9 eggs already. I have a problem though with one of them so when I find the right place to post my query I will.

Ah ha another Brit! My DH is from Blackpool and we visit twice a year we stay in the Carn Brae Hotel, South end of the prom.
Its a bit less stressful down here in Cornwall though I do love popping up for a trip to Primark its only a 400 mile drive!!!!
