We are a family of 5 who have 6 hens......well we think 1 or 2 may be roosters:(. They are 11 weeks old ow and we love having them. I am still crossing fingers that they are all hens, as you can't have a rooster in town. We have 2 Australorp, 2 Americana and 2 Gold Star.

Hello LeRa37, I live in Superior too! We just got chicks this summer! How did your chickens do last winter with our insane weather?!
 
Do you know the ordinances for keeping chickens in the town of superior wi? I live here but I cannot find a thing about it online..I already have 6 random breed pullets, but I can keep them at my mother in laws if they cannot be kept in town..
