Welcome to the coop! I use the Forums and Articles tabs at the top of the page to do research. You can get lost for hours. It's nice to know you are minutes away from getting help with questions and emergencies! I always check in the "What's New" section as well at the top of this page. This way I can read how I may have a similar question or help give some advice.
 
Howdy from south Texas 🤠! Welcome to BYC! :frow New chick mama here too, was scared half to death of being "Mama" for those tiny fluffs. Two and a half weeks later we're all doing great but someone replaced my little peeps with mini screaming raptors... 🦖:eek::lol:

We will raise them and in August or September there will be a show at our local farmers market where she will bring 6 to be judged and then auctioned. We can do as we like with the other 14 (assuming they all live, here's hoping). Y'all, to say I'm nervous would be an understatement!! I have read everything I possibly can online to learn about raising chicks but we have no hands on experience. I am looking forward to learning from this group and being apart of this community.
