Hello from Texas

I have been out of the backyard flock for over 10 years but I have started my new flock in February. I have a big variety of chickens and game birds and waterfowl. my oldest Birds started laying in July my duck started the end of August and I believe my turkey started yesterday or today. My whole flock is free range I have several questions and hoping you can help.
