(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I raised some in 4H 20 years ago, but I would consider myself new to them again.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I think there are 5, Im buying a house and the chickens are staying. The coop is immaculate, birds look good, I think they have been taken care of well. Its in a residential neihborhood.
(3) What breeds do you have?
rock barr hens?

Wife and I are expecting a boy in December, it will be our first, I have a dog, a cat, and I make magazines for a living.
Im sure I will have a lot of quetsions, is it okay to let the hens walk around the back yard during the day, Im busy searching the site and finding a lot of great info!
