Hello from the land of windmills, cheese and clogs :)

Haven't bothered the little ones all that much with the camera yet, they mostly still like to snuggle up warm.

Group picture the first day here (unfortunately soon after the picture I found out the most right one had a prolapse, and a few hours later it was 'end of story'...didn't notice when picking them out)

I know, compared to the space some of your chicks have available, this isn't all that big. Unfortunately Dutch backyards are generally not that huge, so I have to make due. There will be elevations added for more places to hang out, there will be some greenery planted, that small planter on the front is gonna be filled with edible seeds (grass, herbs etc) and covered with mesh so they can graze off bits, but the plants can keep growing, the grassmat can be easily replaced when finished, they'll have sand to bathe in, stumps and stones to sit on/hide behind and find bugs when I turn them over for them, and as soon as there's some decent privacy fencing up, they get (supervised) access to the rest of the garden.
As said, later on there will be a decent (raised) coop added on the outside also (there where that flimsy bit of 'fence' is hanging inward)
