Hello from the south

It seems one of my red rangers is sick. He can't stand and is very off balance. He can't keep his eyes open and has faster breathing then the others. What should I do?
 
He just went to the bathroom and went on his own backside. He tried to eat and drink but didn't do a whole lot of either.
