Hello from the sunshine state!

My daughters just joined our local 4-h and decided to show chickens. We have 20 silkies in the brooder, and I'm expecting about 20 Welsummer chicks next week. I fear we may be overrun!

We've had a few little chickie-incidents, but thankfully BYC has been there to save the day! So, THANK YOU to all the expert advice givers out there!
Now, the big job will be figuring out which ones to keep and which to cull...
