thank you all, great site with heaps of information i will take some photos of my quails and post.

attached the photos, night time photo, found both cages , one is a dog crate other must have been a rabbit hutch, i have attached a light on each cage with a timer to come on at 5am turn off 7am and come on again 5.30pm turn off 9pm. i have 2 females and 1 males in each cage. i will try get better pics during the day and post. 1 cage is 900mm wide by 350mm depth by 300mm height, other is 750mm wide by 600mm depth by 600 height, cheers sam
