Yesterday we picked up 4 Light Sussex Hens. We are total novices to chicken keeping but have found this site so helpful already.

It's finished!! They've been in it out in the sunshine all day. I'm so proud of my hubby that doesn't do DIY he's done such a good job. Had to show anyone that would understand my excitement :) Our little girls have loved it outside. We just need to get them some things to keep them occupied x

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Our coop arrives tomorrow and we start the build on our run as well so its all getting very exciting. Cannot wait to show you all pictures :) xx
