Welcome to BYC!
You might want to post in the Brahma page under breeds...
https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/169790/brahma-thread
I imagine it would be very hard to keep them healthy in the summer!
Thanks!
I'll post some photos tonight.
In the summar I keep them in a shadded greenhouse with evaboration pads and fans. So far its been great. I have rarely lost a bird due to high temprature in this setup.
Thanks again.

Welcome from California! You have gorgeous birds! I love Brahmas... And I think it's excellent you have come to BYC!
I think I'll learn a lot from the expert Brahma breeders in BYC.
Thanks gryeyes.
Beautiful birds! What color are those?
Welcome to BYC!
I still get confused on what the english terms are when it comes to chicken colors, but I think you may call the roo a Blue Columbian and the hen a Blue Partridge (there is a bit of brown highlights on her neck). I may be mistaken though.
Thanks for passing by EweSheep.
Welcome from Louisiana!!
Thanks Barred Babies.
