Hello from tornado alley

I'm fairly new to chickens. Acquired three Ameraucanas (sp?) last Oct. Built the Garden Coop. Introduced my hens to their coop just before a blizzard hit Tulsa. Am receiving two blue eggs and one pink egg almost every day. Now have a black buff Orp chick in a large dog crate inside the coop. Also have two standard poodles and one toy poodle. I also foster standard poodles for ARF. Poodles + chickens = chaos.

We have one that we co-own with my mother & she has another that's just hers, & oddly enough, they make great farm dogs.
