Hello from Upstate NY

My name is Shannon and coming in from Upstate NY. We moved to a 100 acre "retired" dairy farm five years ago and have decided to take a crack (pun intended) at raising egg layers. I was given 3 young adult (4 years old, I think?) RI's back in September 2017. I purchased a flock of EE chicks which are now 8 weeks old. I'm here to learn!
