Hello from Utah

My husband and I got chicks in the spring. They have just started laying. We have four silver-laced Wyandottes. A fifth ended up being male, so we gave him to the IFA. They are entertaining to watch.

We live on the west side of the Salt Lake Valley. It’s the city but there are some large lots here and there with horses and sheep. Lots of people keep chickens. We also have three cats. I teach music during the school year and edit books freelance.
