Hello from Vermont!

Hey all! Just thought I'd introduce myself- I hail from Vermont at the moment, and I'm going to have chickens again (!!!) pending approval from my landlords. I had chickens as a teenager (not so very long ago) and had a ton of fun with them, I've been missing my birds! This will be the first time I'll have chickens in a place that has a real winter (I was previously in CA) so this next winter should be interesting. They'll be added to my current herd of critters- 2 dogs (Border Collie cross and a Cavalier King Charles) a cat, and a horse. This is a FABULOUS site, I'll be modeling my (theoretical) coop after a number of ideas from here, I can't wait to get started! Thanks in advance for any stupid questions I ask!
