And on the topic of poultry swaps--I know there are small livestock exchanges in Kingsport TN, Roanoke VA, Wytheville VA, and one in Galax VA. Galax is on Saturdays starting at 8 or 9ish at the Galax Farm Supply, but I have no idea when the others are. Good luck with your search!
