Hello all. I've been visiting the site for about a year now. Finally could not stand it any longer and just ordered 9 chicks from Meyers last night. They are due to arrive at the end of August and my family and I are very excited.

I have done a great deal of reading and watching videos, but I am a total newbie. Hope to begin construction on a brooder and a tractor this weekend.
