Nice to see a "local" around here! I live between Roanoke and Metamora. Hubby made a tractor out of old 2x4's the first year...8 foot long, 3 foot wide and 4 foot tall, covered it in chicken wire with a front door...open bottom
After crawling in through the front door too many times, hubby made the top lift open, easier to access the birds, food, water not to mention cleaning out the unit.
We have amassed pallets and will be building a coop out of them. We need to get started before it gets too late!!!
