Hello from West Michigan!

Hello all! I am so excited, I just started upon my new chicken adventure this past weekend. We purchased our first batch of 9 month old started chickens. I grew up having chickens all thru my childhood and was FINALLY able to convince my hubby that chickens are fun (he was a city slicker). He is really enjoying it. We have 2 Barred Rocks, 1 White Rock and 3 Silver Wydonette's. They are laying pretty good, seeing how we picked them up on Saturday and have already gathered a dozen eggs!
I am looking to add 4 Buff Orphingtons to the brood this weekend.
