Hello! I got back into chickens last year and got a new batch of chicks this year. I purchased on with an issue at tsc and want to read around for awhile to see if I can find an option to help her.
I currently own 11 chickens(1 roo, 3 hens, and 6 pullets).
I have a feeling I'll be here a lot for reading threads

Hello, and welcome to BYC! I'm so glad you decided to join our friendly and helpful community. Care to share any pictures of your flock?
Of course! My roo the oldest in the flock, I got him from someone else who was retiring him because the younger roos began to bully him hard, the younger roos took one eye(the pic where he has a dirty wattle is the first night I had him, he made himself at home on my couch).

Welcome to BYC! What is wrong with your chick?
She came to tsc with a neck bent 90° to the left. I thought it was wry neck to I treated her with vitamin e and egg yolk. It never got better, but now that she's about 9-10 weeks old it seems like she's becoming disoriented because of it. She can still get steady enough to eat and drink, she's never had issues eating and drinking.
I still haven't had a chance to read older threads to see if there's an answer to help her keep oriented. If I can't find anything I'll post a separate thread 😊

Hi, welcome to BYC. It was good of you to rescue the old boy!
I worry about my old rooster losing his throne. My oldest hen has been overthrown, but thankfully, there was no bloodshed involved. She is still beloved by many, because she raised most of them, including the oldest and youngest of the roosters.

Wry neck takes a long while to treat. Are you still treating your pullet with vitamin E and selenium? It make take several months to see real improvement.
