Hello All,

I've been reading the wealth of information on this site for awhile now - thank you to everyone for sharing your knowledge and experience!

I'm in the process of convincing my partner that raising chickens in a city isn't a crazy idea... so no chickens yet, buy hopefully that will be changing soon.

I'm interested in Wyandottes, B. Orphingtons, Chantecelers and Ameracaunas, but even I realize I likely won't be able to keep more than 3 hens! So, it will probably come down to what's available once I'm ready (ie. have convinced the rest of my household) and have made some connections with local breeders.
