Hello from Wisconsin

Not new to forums, I admin (own) three, and admin or mod at many more, but very new to this topic.

After 8+ years getting back into birds, looks like a lot of informed members on the site.
I have 40+ pheasant eggs & 40+ asst. chicken eggs in separate incubators on day 12.
In the past I have had fairy good luck (75%+), but I’m sure I will be asking for advice.

Please take it easy on the “newbie”.
