Hi everyone my name is Loki I'm a 26yo culinary student going through a community college program. I live in southern California in Anaheim (where disneyland is). I'm very interested in Raising ducks. I'm excited to have an abundance of duck fat in my kitchen.

I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun with your ducks! I have heard that gourmet chef's use duck eggs instead of chicken eggs for pastry's. I'm not sure if theres a difference, but that is what Ive heard

Welcome to the forum! I hope you contribute to the recipe section while you're learning about ducks! I hear chicken feet make for awesome stock. Duck feet might, too.
