Hi everyone my name is Loki I'm a 26yo culinary student going through a community college program. I live in southern California in Anaheim (where disneyland is). I'm very interested in Raising ducks. I'm excited to have an abundance of duck fat in my kitchen.

I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun with your ducks! I have heard that gourmet chef's use duck eggs instead of chicken eggs for pastry's. I'm not sure if theres a difference, but that is what Ive heard

you will find many folks among the threads who raise ducks!... We raise ducks, Geese, Chickens and Turkeys and have found the BYC to be a site with alot of wonderful info!
