    Hi everyone my name is Loki I'm a 26yo culinary student going through a community college program. I live in southern California in Anaheim (where disneyland is). I'm very interested in Raising ducks. I'm excited to have an abundance of duck fat in my kitchen.

    [​IMG] I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun with your ducks! I have heard that gourmet chef's use duck eggs instead of chicken eggs for pastry's. I'm not sure if theres a difference, but that is what Ive heard [​IMG]

    Welcome to the forum! I hope you contribute to the recipe section while you're learning about ducks! I hear chicken feet make for awesome stock. Duck feet might, too.

    [​IMG] you will find many folks among the threads who raise ducks!... We raise ducks, Geese, Chickens and Turkeys and have found the BYC to be a site with alot of wonderful info!
