Hi All! We picked up 2 random day old goslings that hatched a day late for shipping from Holderead. Such nice people. I opened that tiny box on ride home and nestow my heart when that beak popped out. They had me from hello. Bubbles is our African Buff and positive he is male. He loves running and herding the ducks. He sounds like an elephant when I put him in barn at night. Lol! Nibbles is our super sweet Embden. 99% positive she is female from lurking around here. She comes over daily and parks herself on the steps until she gets her treats and water. She loves getting water from a cup. Silly girl. She also loves having her cheeks caressed and being sung too. She also runs up honk honk honk. Its not shrill. The kids added a 3 year old American girl to the flock about a month ago. She was afraid of humans but she is coming around now. I call her Cybils. Lol. She is nice one minute then hissy the next. Here are some pics of them. Been enjoying reading for months. Decided to come out of hiding. Hi!

They really are entertaining. We got them to watch over thr kids flock of ducks. I think we inherited the whole flock when we introduced the geese. Lol! I am sure I wil l have plenty questions as they are now teenagers. The ducks are laying daiky.
