Sorry to be so gross, but my duck has been down for about 2 1/2 months. He started not being able to use one leg. I brought him in and he progressively got weaker and I took him to the vet. They said he has congestive heart failure started him on Lasix and heart medication also treating him for worms. It has been a 3 1/2 weeks and he just continuously loses weight and he is still passing these worms in this picture, I can’t tell what this x-ray says how to see if that’s his heart or not please anyone who has any information I would greatly appreciate it thank you !

Hello Dusty, and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.

Did the vet diagnose the species of worm?
Sorry he is doing so poorly. At some point in every poultry keepers journey, we must evaluate quality of life and make a decision that death is preferable to suffering if there is no hope of recovery.
