Hello! No, we don’t have their coop and run built yet. We’re most likely going to purchase a used one or pre-made one off Amazon/Tractor Supply/ EBay. My husband and I aren’t talented enough at woodwork.Hello and welcome to BYC!Glad you joined.
Do you already have their coop and run build? I strongly suggest you add 2 more chicks. Two chickens is not a good number because when one of them dies the other one is going to be left all alone and that's a situation no chicken wants to find itself in.
DON'T do it!!! You will regret it.
Thanks. We do not have a shed. We definitely have space but I’ll look around. We have a couple weeks, so I’m sure we can find something.DON'T do it!!! You will regret it.
If you have a shed or something similar that you could convert all or part of into a coop you will be SO much better off. Those pre-fabs are horrible in every imaginable way.
Will do! Thanks!Hello and welcome to BYC!
Adorable photo! Thanks for sharing. Enjoy your new babies, if you have any questions about them along the way, be sure to ask. Welcome aboard!
Thank you for the tip!Welcome to the coop! I use the Forums and Articles tabs at the top of the page to do research. You can get lost for hours. It's nice to know you are minutes away from getting help with questions and emergencies! I always check in the "What's New" section as well at the top of this page. This way I can read how I may have a similar question or help give some advice.
