No chickens yet but it’s in the planning stage!

Im a gardener & also love to sew.
Im am interested in being more self sufficient & food security. Plus I’m a crazy chick lady & have an empty nest lol!

4 kids only one is still in the coop! One grandchild & an awesome husband who thinks I’m crazy but loves & supports me anyway.

Hi Paula glad to meet you sounds like you have a plan. I've been with backyard chickens for 2 years I'm still in the learning stage is but hope you enjoy it here and you can find answers to every question. I have chickens and there are also free-range chickens on the ranch and I learn something new from them everyday. Haven't been on the site for a while and dealing with repairs to my vehicle and finding a job so hope you enjoy and have fun welcome
