Hello i am new to chickens and we bought this "cochin pullet" from our local chicken swap.

This is an updated picture I took today and he/she is now 18 weeks old.

I haven't changed my mind since my last post. It still looks like a hen to me. I just don't see near enough wattle, comb, and sickle feather development to identify it as a rooster.
