Hi and welcome to BYC, and the pasty butt checking lifestyle! I'm told that for some breeds this practice never goes away and they can get vent occlusions at any point in life.(for me this was a constant threat for their first 2 weeks)

So remain vigilant and remember to always be on the look out for the "junk in their trunk"!
