Hamburgs are a beuatiful breed. I particularly like the golden and silver spangled ones myself heres a page with lots of hamburg pics

I have a few roosters and they're all really handsome. I have two bantam roosters I think would be good representatives of breed possibilities for you, one a mottled Cochin and one a Buff Brahma and they're not that small. Both are very fierce fellas, too.

I'd go with a Yokohama. My favorite colouration is Red Shoulder though:
