hello! I need help!

It is generally not good to worm unless the bird truly has worms,

a fecal check from the vet would advise if she does have worms, what kind and what treatment.

Any wormer can be tough on the bird, especially if it ill from other reasons instead.

Well it would be nice to know if the chicken has worms---before Its worm, BUT if this person as well as my self and 1000's more like us are not going to take a singled out chicken to the vet, or get a fecal exam, etc, etc(some can not afford it and I am not going to spend $50, $100 or $200 on a single chicken). The sick Chicken will probably die---for sure without some help----so what would you suggest to do other than spending who knows how much money on it???

I am not going to take it to the vet or sit back and watch it die, so I try to help. Worming saved my flock---well we really do not know how many----just no more died. I did have a necropsy done because of so many dying and Having so many. The Vet said being I did not want to do a fecal exam on 1000 chickens-----to worm the Whole flock--no mater if they had worms or not----even though they were groups in 67 different pens. Did not hurt a thing, Did not see any having and bad side effects from the worming. Now I worm A whole pen if I feel one or two are wormy---the rest might be, might not be---but they get wormed. I rarely have a chicken to die anymore since I started using tylan50 and worming with Safeguard any time I feel its needed. My Chicks/chickens are very healthy, not skinny or fat. So even though I am not a Vet--I just try to Help anyone that I can---if they give it a proper size/amount of wormer and it dies----it was probably going to die anyway, but if we doctor it with what we feel it needs and it perks up and does good----I am Happy for the owner.
