Hi, I am not pro at this but I know someone that might be like, @LaFleche @Wyorp Rock and @Eggcessive would want pictures, and details such as, behavior, is he/she eating and drinking normaly? He/she could just be molting the fuzz is my best guess.

At 4 weeks its most likely down feathers coming out so new feathers can grown in which is totally normal.

Yes she is eating good but she is losing a lot of feathers I don’t think that is molting
