Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. Based on what I can see, it looks like it's probably an Easter Egger rooster. But TwoCrows is right; the angle is bad. We need to be able to see the face, the comb, and the leg color. Also it would help if the chicken wire wasn't in the way. Please feel free to ask any other questions you may have. The "no comb" sounds like a pea comb, which just reinforces my thought that you have an Easter Egger.
