Hi everybody! My name is Kathleen. I'm 32 years old and from Michigan. This July I incubated an egg my first ever. It was an awesome experience. I know have a beautiful rooster named Killa Nugz. He is my very first per chicken ive ever had. I knew he needed some company (some ladies) so in August I purchased 6 day old Isa Brown pullets. My Nugz hit 2 months old and became the best dang rooster! I'm so proud he is so protective of his ladies. I instantly became a crazy chicken lady. I love watching them and taking care of them. And I'm so happy to find backyardchickens I hope tlearn from all of you as much as I can.
